Urbanisation San Jaime is managed by the owners themselves.
The basis for the management of the urbanisation is the Spanish Law of the Horizontal Property (Ley de propiedad horizontal), as well as the statutes of the urbanization.
Regularly once a year an owners’ meeting takes place. Invitations to the meetings are made in writing, and the protocols are delivered to all owners.
Every two years, a new committee is elected from amongst the owners. The members of the committee work voluntarily.
